Haven't you been wondering how to help the people of Japan who are suffering from the earthquake and tsunami? Local musicians are donating their talents to Sunday concerts starting on March 27 from 1 to 5 at Lee's Cuisine Korean BBQ and Sushi Restaurant at 2345 Ashland Street in the Ashland Plaza. The Red Cross will be accepting $10 entry donations to send directly to the people of Japan. Concerts will feature local bands:The Modern Prometheus Jazz Co. Siskiyou Jazz Project Dal Carver Quartet Paul Schmeling Trio Musicians on the bandstand who will be donating their time and talent for this cause: Tom Stamper (drums), Don Monjure (keyboard), Michael Moellman (bass), Jeff Addicott (bass), Justin Wade (guitar), Jacob Ransom Phelps (percussion), Thor Polson (piano), Steve Davidson (tenor sax), Paul Schmelling (sax), Michael Barth (bass), Danielle Kelly (vocalist), Dal Carver (piano), Gwen Hebert (vocalist) and David Miller (bass) Enjoy complimentary appetizers while listening to music and knowing that you are helping a little bit to aid a country which needs a lot.
