Moroccan summer party style: pairing dishes with exotic cocktails
This class will celebrate the flavors of summer foods and drinks Moroccan style.
Welcome to the Moroccan summer party with Tiazza!
The class will teach you how to prepare a variety of dishes. New dishes for every class.
The cooking class will feature the following recipes:
Eggplant & Harissa bruschetta paired with Rose martini
Fig and lamb Kababs paired with Orange blossom sangria
Carrot and orange salad paired with a spiced ginger pear cocktail
mint and pistachio ice cream paired with watermelon mojito
All drinks are made in class and mixed with fresh ingredients
